PSMO 50th invite

On October 25, 2019 during their fellowship night at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, the PSMO will also launch a book entitled “BULAWAN: Interviews with Filipino Medical Oncologists” edited by Dr. Maria Belen E. Tamayo, Dr. Noel P. Pingoy, and Dr. Joey A. Tabula. The book is culled from interviews for a commemorative video marking the society’s golden anniversary. PCP President Maria Gina C. Nazareth praised the book by saying, “Reflecting on the nature and burden of the illness that medical oncologists face in their daily practice, the conversations in this book reveal the resilience, wisdom, and audacity of those who have chosen this challenging, but wholly rewarding, path as their vocation.”
