18th SAGIP BUHAY Golf Classic

Every year, thousands of our indigent fellow Filipinos from across all provinces are admitted to the General Medicine wards of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH), seeking for a cure for their ailments. They are all crippled by their illnesses and handicapped by the prohibitive costs of medical care.

The Sagip Buhay Medical Foundation, Inc. (SAGIP), under the Department of Medicine of PGH, aims to subsidize crucial diagnostic examinations and life-saving medications towards the care and the cure of many indigent patients. Since its conception in 1995, SAGIP has significantly improved the level of care rendered to over 5,000 charity patients. Every year, with the help of our loyal patrons, we are able to help more and more patients. In 2015 alone, we were able to assist around 600 patients amounting to two million pesos of medical care.

In line with this, we will again be having the annual SAGIP BUHAY Golf Classic, which will be held on May 4, 2016 Wednesday, at the Villamor Golf Club in Paranaque City. This momentous event is the foundation’s largest and most awaited activity which brings together our distinguished corporate sponsors and patrons and respected colleagues.
