If the PCP member has not completely paid his arrears from the national and local chapter (this can be verified/checked with the National Secretariat) in full (unless that member has come to an agreement with his/her chapter for an installment payment scheme) at the time of application for CGS; and/or 3. If the PCP Member HAS NOT yet earned at least 15 accumulated PCP CPD Units (meaning the CPD units were earned specifically from a PCP activity, and not from just any CPD earning medical convention/symposia) within the year, or 30 accumulated PCP CPD Units within 2 years by June 1, 2018, or 45 accumulated PCP CPD Units within 3 years by June 1, 2019.
