Had two patients with esophageal cancer last week. One was a news reporter, only in her 30s, and cancer has spread to her liver and bones. The other is a seventy-year-old Chinese businessman. Now I’m having dysphagia too, and I’m in my bed, dying. I take a PPI. I can swallow! I can swallow!

An outing to the beach to get a breath of fresh air

Started a nightmare.

I had it, my husband and niece had it.

Our mother, and driver, too!

Three of us confined!

To God I prayed, may we all come out of it alive and well.

Thank God! God is good all the time!
